The questions we hear most often about project kickoff, confidentiality (NDA), proposals and the initial discovery process.
1. Is the first meeting and technical discovery call paid?
No, it's completely free. Our solutions architects listen to your current infrastructure, technology needs and goals, run a preliminary feasibility analysis and present an architecture roadmap. No financial commitment is required at this stage.
2. Do you sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before the project?
Absolutely. Enterprise data security is a core principle for us. If you tick the NDA option on the form, or before any technical contact begins, a standard or custom mutual non-disclosure agreement is signed by both parties.
3. How long do the proposal and feasibility process take?
An initial discovery meeting is organized within 24 hours of receiving your form. Once the scope and architectural components are clear, we share a detailed proposal within an average of 3–5 business days, including effort estimates, a sprint plan, the technology stack and a transparent cost breakdown.
4. Do you only support projects in Istanbul?
No. In addition to our Maslak R&D and Teknopark centers in Istanbul, we provide both remote and on-site hybrid engineering support to industrial organizations across Türkiye and to our customers in Europe and the Gulf (MENA) region.
5. Can we request an on-site demo of CostCloud or other ready-made products?
Yes. On request, our expert field engineers can run a one-hour live demo of our CostCloud restaurant/retail POS or cloud FinOps solutions at your branch or headquarters, with touchscreen terminals and integration hardware.
